The private, members-only club founded by tech millionaires Michael and Xochi Birch has lost both its chef (Alain Ducasse alum Jason Arbusto) and general manager Tex Doughty since opening less than a month ago. Rudy's Can't Fail Cafe partner Jeffery Bischoff is the new GM, while Alison Arth will be acting food and beverage manager until a new executive chef is found.
