Chef Shuffles

A double shuffle is going down at two notable Bay Area Italian restaurants. Seven Hills is losing longtime chef Alexander Alioto, who sold his ownership stake and is looking to open his own restaurant (which Tablehopper speculates may be a nearby Thai place); the new chef is Anthony Florian, a pasta whiz who's cooked at Quince and Bar Bambino.
