The former Red Vic's vacant Haight Street location is nearing its debut as Second Act, the food stall marketplace that'll house a rotating list of venders. Uppercasing has word on the initial lineup, which features outfits like RAW, Spice Hound, Anda Piroshki, High Cotton Kitchen and Community Craft.
