BERKELEY—After getting shut down for having too much of an impact on brick-and-mortar businesses, Off the Grid North Berkeley is getting a second chance at life, with 8-12 food trucks occupying a Sunday-night slot at the North Berkeley BART station's parking lot, beginning in January.
