Being Bowien

This week has definitely been a mixed bag for Danny Bowien's NYC operations. Bad news first: Mission Chinese Food NYC has been closed yet again for health violations, and this time, it's staying closed until Bowien and team can work out the kinks. On the upside, his Mexican spot Mission Cantina is almost here, and it turns out his promise of no Mission burritos was a fib: he sold a few hundred at a pop-up yesterday, and is considering adding them to a special late-night menu.
