Silverton, Brock, Waxman, Bloomfield to Headline Quince's 10th Anniversary Dinners

Quince, Michael and Lindsay Tusk's beloved Jackson Square Italian restaurant, turns 10 this year, and they've already gotten a pretty good present in the form of their second Michelin star. But the duo aren't content to let the occasion pass without one hell of a party, in the form of 10 nights of dinners featuring some of the country's best chefs. Awesome cooks will be pouring in from every corner of the country for the events, including L.A.'s Nancy Silverton (Osteria Mozza), Josiah Citrin (Melisse), and Michael Cimarusti (Providence); NYC's Jonathan Benno (Lincoln), Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), Marco Canora (Hearth), and Michael Anthony and Danny Meyer (Gramercy Tavern); Birmingham's Frank Stitt (Highlands Bar and Grill), and Charleston's Sean Brock (Husk). Hell, they're going to have Evan Rich, Thomas McNaughton, Melissa Chou, Cortney Burns, Chanan Kamen, and Danny Brooks, all on the same night. We're also told that one more chef is likely to be added to the lineup: Alice Waters, who may team up with recent bicoastal empire-builder April Bloomfield for the final dinner.

December 1 - Exclusive White Truffle Dinner with Michael Tusk
December 2 - Michael Anthony with Danny Meyer (Gramercy Tavern, NYC)
December 3 - Sean Brock (Husk, Charleston) and Frank Stitt (Highlands Bar and Grill, Birmingham)
December 4 - Marco Canora (Hearth), Richard Reddington (Redd), and Evan Shively (The Pizza Project)
December 5 - Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina (Osteria Mozza)
December 6 - Paul Bertolli (Oliveto, Fra'mani)
December 7 - Jonathan Benno (Lincoln)
December 8 - Michael Cimarusti (Providence) and Josiah Citrin (Melisse)
December 9 - Brandon Jew (Chino), Evan Rich (Rich Table), Thomas McNaughton (Central Kitchen), Melissa Chou (Aziza), Danny Brooks (private chef), Chanan Kamen (Osteria Coppa) and Cortney Burns (Bar Tartine)
December 10 - April Bloomfield (Tosca Cafe)

Tickets to the six-course dinners will be $250 (plus tax and tip), with an optional wine pairing for $145. One exception: the White Truffle Dinner will be $490 (plus tax, tip, and beverages). Reservations can be made online or by phone at (415) 775-8500. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation.
