Book Club

Congrats to the Camino duo of Russell Moore and Allison Hopelain, who signed a book deal this morning for This Is Camino (Ten Speed Press), which they'll co-author with Richard Parks (Lucky Peach). In keeping with their open-fire ethos, the book will feature 75 recipes for cooking in the flames, along with photos and discussions of whole-animal butchery and other old-school techniques.
