Hi Tops Owners Go Mexican; Clooney's Ramen Pop-Up

CASTROHi Tops entrepreneurs Jesse Woodward and Dana Gleim are ready to expand again in the Castro: they're apparently opening an 80-seat Mexican spot on the ground floor of the forthcoming The Century development at 14th and Market. The still-unnamed eatery will not be a taqueria, and is targeting June. [BAR]

THE MISSION—Need a ramen fix? Seoul Patch's Eric Ehler is popping up at Clooney's right now with Sapporo-style miso ramen ($15). He'll be there until midnight, but with only 35 bowls available, it likely won't last that long. [EaterWire]

NAPA—The CIA - Greystone is kicking off a series of weekend wine classes in the former Copia space beginning tonight, with topics like wine and cheese pairing, tasting like a pro, and secret Napa wines. Tickets are $40; there are tons of dates and events to choose from. [EaterWire]
