Fresh-squeezed pop-ups are all the rage, and Hillside Supper Club is getting in on the action by hosting a weekday cold-pressed juice operation called Thistle. The project aims to bring the usual local, organic and sustainable ethos to their fresh juices and infused coconut waters, which will be available Monday-Friday from 7 am-4 pm; Hops & Hominy will host a second pop-up beginning this Monday.
