KoJa Kitchen has found a permanent home in Berkeley, in another food-truck-to-brick-and-mortar success story. Their Korean-Japanese fusion fare has been a fixture at Off the Grids around the Bay Area and earned them an appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, and now the owners of the "fast-casual" concept have softly opened a Telegraph Avenue outlet designed to appeal to students and anyone on the lookout for their signature comfort-food menu items.

The new spot will offer KoJa favorites like kamikaze fries (crosscut fries topped with Korean BBQ Beef, kimchi, green onions, and drizzled with signature sauce and Japanese sweet mayo) and KoJa's signature beef burger with a pressed rice bun, along with a selection of their greatest hits like the short rib koja, chicken with pineapple koja and mochimisu dessert. They're still softly open, with opening hours Monday-Friday, 5pm-10:30pm, and Saturday-Sunday, 11:30am-10:30pm.
