Team USA for the 2015 Bocuse d'Or has been announced, and once again, it's drawn from the Thomas Keller talent pool. Philip Tessier, the French Laundry's executive sous chef, and Skylar Stover, its chef de partie, will spend the next year in intensive training in the hopes of bringing home glory at the competition, where the highest-placing American chef was fellow Laundry alum Timothy Hollingsworth, who came in sixth back in 2009.
