b. patisserie's Holiday Treats; 4505, Four Barrel Team Up

PACIFIC HEIGHTS—The photo at right depicts just a handful of the insanely delicious holiday goods being sold by Eater Awards Chef of the Year Belinda Leong now through Tuesday at b. patisserie. She's got four kinds of bûche de noël, including raspberry-vanilla, chocolate-hazelnut, chocolate-coffee-salted caramel, and pear-cream cheese-gingerbread, plus speculoos, stollen, and lots of other treats. THE MISSION—Mission neighbors 4505 Meats and Four Barrel Coffee are teaming up for a whole-hog butchery demo tonight, featuring samples of coffee-rubbed pork shoulder, winter braising tips, and cuts of meat for sale. [EaterWire]
