Though it's only been in business since July, the Marina's Le Marais Bakery is already making an expansion play. The owners have acquired the other half of the building in the hopes of expanding the bakery's footprint, with plans to offer more seating during the day and add a wood-fired broiler for bistro service in the evening (savory chef Christina Elliott joined the team of boulanger Justin Brown and patissier Phil Ogiela in August).
