Coffee trucks are all the rage in New York, but they've been slower to catch on in the Bay Area. Enter Eureka, a new enterprise from Duende barista Jessica Caisse, who plans to serve Verve coffee (roasted in Santa Cruz) and pastries from a converted former PG&E truck. Caisse is looking to raise $20K to get the truck on the road; $35 buys a glass mason jar with Eureka's logo, while $1,000 buys Eureka's presence for four hours at the Bay Area event of your choice.
