NOE VALLEYIncanto is getting some serious guest chef action this week: New Orleans' John Besh will be there on Sunday from 3:30-5 pm, cooking dishes from and signing his new book Cooking from the Heart, while Gabriel Rucker of Portland's Le Pigeon is stopping in on Tuesday to cook a $69 five-course menu with Chris Cosentino and sign copies of his new book.
