On the heels of their Top 20 Restaurants list, Bon Appetit asked the winning chefs to select their favorite restaurants. Danny Bowien chose Chicago's Next, David Kinch digs Brooklyn Fare, Chris Kostow had the humility to pick his own restaurant (seriously, dude?), and the Swan Oyster folks chose Original Joe's, God love 'em.
