The Bashful Bull and Other Spaces Are in the Air

The ghost of the original Bashful Bull (1222 Noriega), which was open for 40 years, is currently listed for sale on Craigslist. The seller's asking $40,000 for the 1,400-square foot restaurant, and offering a lease with the "best possible terms" in hopes that someone will take the opportunity to update the space, which isn't far from the bustle of 19th Avenue. It's not the only intriguing restaurant on the chopping block this week, but others have hidden identities.

Other restaurants listed for sale this week include a restaurant and banquet hall in an "upscale and affluent" part of Berkeley, an eatery with two sandwich prep refrigerators located on a "prime corner in SoMa" with "constant all-day traffic," and a seafood/wing shack in West Oakland. Please venture guesses as to what restaurants they might be in the comments.
