Anyone who's had a cone at Hayes Valley's Smitten Ice Cream is likely well-acquainted with Kelvin, the patented liquid-nitrogen freezer that allows Robyn Sue Fisher to create perfectly smooth ice cream in less than 60 seconds. Unfortunately, the folks at Electrolux live in a world in which they think Fisher's device could be confused with their Kelvinator line of fridges and freezers.
