We're now deep into prime nomination time for our annual Eater Young Guns awards. We're looking to find and recognize the most promising up-and-comers in the restaurant and nightlife world, whether they're working as chefs or line cooks, sommeliers or bartenders, restaurateurs or maître d's. Check out last year's winners to get an idea of what we're looking for.
As we mentioned before, nominees must be either under 30 years of age or, if they're over 30, have worked in their chosen field for fewer than five years total. All nominees must be currently employed in the hospitality industry in the United States.
