After nearly four years as the opening chef of RN74, Jason Berthold has decided to move on from the Mina Group. His replacement is Adam Sobel (right), who was chef de cuisine at Guy Savoy and executive chef at Rick Moonen's RM Seafood in Vegas, and most recently ran Mina's Bourbon Steak outpost in D.C. There aren't any concrete menu changes planned as of yet, other than a standard emphasis on "local farmers and ingredients." Berthold, meanwhile, plans to open his own undisclosed Bay Area restaurant in the fall. [EaterWire]
