Bite Club got a sneak peek at the cuisine from the upcoming Kendall-Jackson "un-tasting" room, dubbed Partake (241 Healdsburg Ave, Healdsburg). Slated to open within the next few weeks, the 55-seat restaurant and lounge features wine-friendly dishes like beef tartare with black sesame, lemon curd and ice cream sandwich macarons, and the bizarre-looking Cabernet Fries (pictured).
