Zagat just released its list of the hottest Italian restaurants in America, and two of SF's finest made the cut: Michael Tusk's perpetually packed Cotogna in Jackson Square ("everything is done to perfection"), and TV-approved Chris Cosentino's Incanto in Noe Valley ("not the newest bambino on the block, but one of the most exciting"). Other spots on the list include L.A.'s Bestia, NYC's Torrisi Italian Specialties, and Chicago's Balena. [Zagat]
