A week after its opening, Saison has shut its doors again, but only temporarily. Chef Joshua Skenes told Inside Scoop that he needs to do some last-minute repairs, and had to cancel all of last night's reservations. This leaves us wondering if Saison is the mystery restaurant Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton referred to on Twitter as cancelling his reservation last night "due to gas and electric problems."
