Bar Agricole has announced that Brandon Jew will be leaving over the next few weeks to start his own project, and his sous chef, Reina Talanoa, will be taking the reins in his stead. Talanoa, who's worked at Gary Danko and Saison, plans to keep the menu in the same ingredient-driven direction, but may add some larger family-style shared plates like pork shoulder and leg of lamb, since the restaurant does its own butchery. Jew's own restaurant plans are still mum for now. [Inside Scoop]
