Michael Bauer's reviews, as with much of the Chronicle's content, have moved behind a paywall beginning today, but we shelled out our $12 for the purpose of truncating his trip to Belcampo Meat Co. in Larkspur. Bauer is thrilled by the "exciting concept" of seeing and eating sustainably-raised meat all in one place, and despite "disorganized and lethargic" service, he'll be back for the "fork-tender" ribeye and the signature meatballs, among other dishes. Overall rating: two stars, and two and a half for food. [Chron]
