Win Tickets to Pebble Beach Food & Wine

New, 3 comments

Champagne, caviar, and celebrity chefs are all on the docket at next weekend's Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival, taking place April 4-7. All sorts of pricey events are planned for the weekend, from a $6,000 Founders Dinner to a more casual dinner with Guy Fieri at $275 a head (hair dye not included).

Thanks to the kind folks behind the festival, we have a pair of tickets to give away to your choice of the two Battle of the Coasts dinners (a $1,000 value). The East Coast will be represented by Jose Garces (Amada), Francois Payard (Payard), Jonathan Waxman (Barbuto), Geoffrey Zakarian (The National, The Lambs Club), and Mark Gaier & Clark Frasier (Arrows), while the West will be repped by Lincoln Carson (Michael Mina), Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn), Tyler Florence (Wayfare Tavern), Thomas McNaughton (Central Kitchen), and Nancy Oakes (Boulevard). The two events are taking place on back-to-back evenings, with the East Coast on Friday the 5th and the West Coast on Saturday the 6th.

So, how to win? It's simple: e-mail us your best restaurant secret. We're looking for an expansion no one's heard about yet, an off-menu item, a secret phone number...anything that's sure to blow our minds and demonstrate to us that you're as obsessed with the restaurant industry as anyone. Please send all entries to sf@eater.com by the end of the day this Friday, March 29.
