Grub Street brings word of Seven Stills, a new craft distillery that's starting up in Potrero Hill. Founders Tim Obert (right) and Clint Potter are homebrewers who've decided to cross over to the harder side of things, making whiskey from interesting beers like a Belgian dubbel and a chocolate stout. Due to aging, their whiskies won't hit the market until mid-2014, but they're hoping to debut a vodka at the Craft Spirits Carnival this summer. [Grub Street]
