Grub Street scored an interview with Ken Friedman, who'll be teaming up with April Bloomfield to revamp Tosca Cafe later this year. Highlights: they're going to "do as little as possible to the decor," an entirely new kitchen will need to be built, and the iconic coffee machine works poorly and will need to be either repaired or replaced.
