Chef Shuffles

After losing Adam Carpenter all the way back in the fall, Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen has finally announced a new chef, Michael Ransom. A Michigan native who cooked in Detroit and Chicago for a decade, Ransom was last seen at nearby Bar Adagio, as well as at Prospect and Henry's in Berkeley; he'll be lightening up Carpenter's menu somewhat, with more seafood and seasonal ingredients, and rolling out changes at the end of the month.
