After 114 years in the coffee business, Freed, Teller & Freed, SF's oldest coffee roaster, has announced they'll be shutting down. Though they closed their retail shop on Polk nearly 15 years ago, the company has hung on as a mail-order retailer since. However, the current owners have decided to retire, citing an inability "to find suitable business successors." And so a century of buzz comes to a close. [Inside Scoop]
