Proof that this Berkeley beer boom may last indefinitely: leaping ahead of all the other projects in store, including the Sierra Nevada taproom and Moxy Beer Garden, is a new food-truck and beer garden planned to arrive at Gilman and Curtis Streets in West Berkeley in May. Owned by Linda and Carl Lasagna, whose family used to own next-door Westbrae Nursery, it'll feature spots for one on-site food and beer trailer and up to three trucks. The owners were inspired by the Biergarten in Hayes Valley. [Berkeleyside Nosh]
