There's been a shift at Off the Grid Fort Mason's seated Friday-night prix-fixe dinners: due to a staffing issue, modern Cal-Mex crew Californios is out, and they're being replaced by Marina BBQers Cedar Hill (who also run the Rib Whip trucks). Their four-course menu includes cauliflower soup, pork belly-watermelon salad, coffee-smoked short ribs with grits, and buttermilk pie. There are vegetarian options as well.
