Happy burger news over in the 510: popular Grand Avenue gourmet burger spot Trueburger is planning an expansion to a second location at Broadway and 41st Sts. in North Oakland. For those unfamiliar with the original, they were founded by Bay Wolf alums Greg Eng and Jason Low, and feature housemade burgers, hot dogs, fries, and shakes.
