The spring remodels bandwagon continues to fill up, with Globe taking weekdays off for the next month to redo their plumbing and freshen up the dining room. On Friday and Saturday nights, they'll cook exclusively on the wood-burning rotisserie and mesquite grill, which should keep things lively. With Hecho snapped up by Franck Leclerc to become Gaspar Brasserie, it was a good time for Globe owner Joseph Manzare to return his attention to his 16-year-old mothership. To that end, the kitchen and dining room will also get full remodels in the fall. [Inside Scoop]
