After more than a year of waiting, it appears Fig & Thistle, the Hayes Valley bar from former Alembic hostess Angel Davis and partner Nguey Lay at 313 Ivy Street, will be opening around May 15. They'll have 20 California single-varietal wines and 20 bottled craft beers available, as well as cheese and charcuterie from nearby Fatted Calf.
