The former Hama-Ko space (108 Carl) finally has a taker: after rumors that it would become an Italian spot, longtime Perbacco wine director Claudio Villani confirms to San Francisco that he recently left the restaurant to open his own enoteca, inoVino, there. The bar will feature 30 global wines by the glass and tons of bottles, as well as the three Cs of wine-bar food: cheese, charcuterie, and crostini. He's going to revamp the decor and put in a marble bar; opening target is July. [SF Mag]
