A tipster let us know that Fourth Wave Coffee (1356 Polk) has had its windows papered over since late March, and a call to their number found it to be disconnected. This Yelp review also mentions the closure. Apparently, SF is still too consumed by the third wave, because it looks like this one's gone for good after only 18 months. [EaterWire]
