SoCal-based chain Tender Greens is opening a new outpost in the Financial District (50 Fremont) with former Bluestem Brasserie chef Sean Canavan at the helm, according to Inside Scoop. The chain has one other Bay Area location, in Walnut Creek, and serves healthy quick-service fare with an emphasis on meal-size salads and grilled meat sandwiches and hot plates.
