Construction is now underway at La Urbana, the 110-seat Mexican restaurant and mezcaleria planned for the former Plant It Earth space on Divis. Owner Eduardo Rallo tells Haighteration that work on the project is in full swing, and they're currently targeting an opening "this summer." [Haighteration]
