The Anti-Shutter

It's turning out to be a long goodbye for Tosca Cafe: though April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman's remodel plan is still in motion, the current iteration of Tosca, which was expected to have closed by now, is still up and running. Turns out the liquor license is taking longer than expected to transfer, and there's no planned closure date yet to begin the remodel. The original target was summer, but that's not looking likely at this stage, considering they'll need to put in an entirely new kitchen. [Inside Scoop]
