Send your digital hugs to Josey Baker: the brains behind The Mill's bread program had a nasty bike accident in Golden Gate Park last Monday after trying to pop a wheelie, and ended up with stitches and cracked teeth as a result. (We'll spare you the rough photo of his injured face, but you can see it if you click through.) It could have been worse, though: Baker writes that "The ER doctor told me that if I hadn't been wearing my bike helmet, I probably would have died."
