After getting the jump on the new beer-focused restaurant headed to Bush and Mason, Grub Street now reveals its name, Hopwater Distribution, and its tentative opening date, mid-June or early July. It's owned by Christopher Barry, who also has 83 Proof and Dogpatch Saloon in his portfolio, and the chef will be Bruce Paton, a beer-pairing veteran last seen at the Redwood Room. The menu will be comfort-food focused, and the beer list will emphasize local brews. [Grub Street]
