Bar Shuffles

Two tidbits from the bar scene come to us from Tablehopper today: first, Ethan Terry is out at AQ, and has been replaced by Jason Rager, who formerly led the Beard-nominated bar program at Atlanta's Holeman & Finch. (Timothy Zohn remains AQ's bar manager.) A bit up the road in Hayes Valley, the replacement for Marlena's (which will remain a gay bar) now has a name, Brass Tacks, and construction is underway.
