Falkner Wire

Well, that was fast: just seven months after she took over the kitchen at Krescendo in Brooklyn, former Citizen Cake and Orson chef Elizabeth Falkner is on her way out again. Though she earned two stars from The New York Times during her tenure, don't look for her to come back to this coast with the spoils: she's apparently remaining in NYC to consult for various clients, including Holland America's culinary cruise council.
