There's a new pastry chef in the kitchen at Oliveto: Kam Golightly, who was up for Food & Wine's People's Best New Pastry Chef honors last year during a stint at Redd. After two years in Yountville, she's started work over in Oakland, where she's putting out desserts like butterscotch budino with toffee and pretzels and a strawberry shortcake sundae with sour-cream ice cream.
