Hard Water earned the review hat trick this week, getting written up by SF Mag, the Examiner, and now Michael Bauer, who loves the cocktails that are "so refined that they have the same gravitas as the food," not to mention the "satisfying" fried chicken, "superb" okra etouffee, "pristine" butter lettuce salad, and those much-ballyhooed fried celery hearts. He wasn't as into the "shriveled and rubbery" baked oysters or the tough waits for a table, but overall, it's a positive experience, earning 2.5 stars. [Chron]
