DOGPATCH/RUSSIAN HILL—SF Mag snagged some timelines on big upcoming projects: Magnolia Brewery's much-delayed Dogpatch location is now targeting July; Verbena, the Polk restaurant from the Gather folks, is on track for September; and Third Rail, the cocktail bar from the Range team in the Dogpatch's former Retox space, is also targeting September. UNION SQUARE—Are you a single straight guy, age 35-49, looking to meet a special lady? Tablehopper is still seeking a few good men for her first-ever dating mixer (LGBT folks will get their own later this year). RUSSIAN HILL—The Chrissy's Waffles pop-up returns to Biondivino this Sunday, with Chris Bottorff serving up French toast and bacon-black pepper griddled goodness, paired with a strawberry-Prosecco cordial. They'll be there from 12-3 pm. [EaterWire]

THE MISSION—Also back in brunch action is Tango & Stache, who'll be taking Dear Mom's Saturday pop-up slot to serve bacon-buckwheat waffles (trend?), braised pork tacos, bacon hash, and other treats.
