Incanto chef Chris Cosentino has just signed a deal with publishers Clarkson Potter to put out an offal-themed cookbook in 2015, according to Grub Street National. The book, his second, will offer techniques and lessons on how to prep a variety of offal, as well as 150 recipes for making the most of it. "Clarkson Potter — and [cookbook editor] Emily Takoudes in particular — has the guts to put out the book I have always dreamed of," Cosentino punned in a statement. Meanwhile, and for those wondering about his Betabrand fashion line, all three of his designs passed a vote and are going into production. [GSN]
