Congratulations to Manresa's Stephanie Prida, who was named one of Food & Wine's 2013 Best New Pastry Chefs this morning. The alum of Chicago's The Elysian and Blackbird earned the nod for her "delicious, beautiful, complex desserts," made with top-notch local produce, and her "technical whiz" status.
