One South Bay expansion just isn't enough for Pizzeria Delfina: before their third location in Burlingame even opens (it's expected in the fall), Craig and Annie Stoll have already inked a deal to open yet another Pizzeria Delfina in Palo Alto, in the former Empire Tap Room at 651 Emerson. It has an al fresco garden that was named one of the area's best, so that should be a nice bonus. No timeline for this one yet. [Inside Scoop]
